It was described as soft but it's not soft. Just wanted to say that it's only my opinion but the rest of it was amazing. In fact, I went back with yourselves because of a mattress I bought in the past and I couldn't believe how amazing you were as being professional and kind and very helpful so really I would never want to shop anyplace else if I find that kind of service. And zero complaints, good delivery, everything was communicated well, and the mattress is very comfortable. It's a pillow top, so that part of it is soft, but the mattress itself is quite good, it's good for what I need.

Everything I'm gonna talk about is excellent, so about the guy that fixed the bunk itself, is excellent. I've even referred you to some people and I've given your details to some people, I told them where I bought the bed and I told to some friends to come around to see themselves and they're gonna buy some too. The bunk bed is so solid. My son so much loves it. The guy that came to fix it, they brought it offset, they took their time to fix it. They were not in a rush, and it was excellent fixing . Everything about it is 100% awesome!

it's fantastic! I'm delighted with this. My husband put it together and it's great, the kids are enjoying it and It's really nice. The customer service was good and the delivery was a bit late, but that wasn't the delivery driver made a mistake, so he had he was just he was a little bit late arriving, but that was fine, these things happen, so no problem. The delivery man was very, very nice and at the end of the day. I'd say he was very tired because it was nearly, I think it was 9 p.m. when he was delivering the bed, so he had a very long day. I would definitely recommend you and I have done already. It was a very good price so I was delighted with the with the value. I'll definitely be looking on your website again in the future maybe for wardrobes and stuff like that.

The bed is fine. It's actually for my daughter's bedroom. She hasn't been complaining, so if it was bad, she would have moan. She said it was comfortable and she actually said it was her best night she had, so she actually did like it. Delivery was great as well, it was great communication and the driver was fine, he was there when he said he'd be there. There was no issues whatsoever, it was all very good. Would definitely recommend you. I had no issues at all.

Absolutely great! I have to say the customer service is fantastic with the communication that was top notch. Delivery was fantastic, but it was very efficient. I would definitely recommend you and you did come recommended from a family member of mine. Maybe next time is to inform us in advance that there's only a 1 man delivery service so we prepare in advance for someone to help the driver especially that I am single mother or just in case if it was an older person that they might be aware, but everything else is top notch I have to say it's fantastic.

I can tell you, last night I had the best sleep I had in a year and slept for 9 and half hours. I think it's really comfortable, and it's firm, but it's also a little bit kind of soft as well, which is what I like. It's just really comfortable, I have to say. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely great, it was just the delivery was a little bit late but I would absolutely definitely recommend you still, like as I said for customer service you were very good, you waited for me to move into my apartment before arranging the delivery. I have no complaints at at but was just the delivery. Thank you!

The bed is good, it was very easy to assemble, didn't take long to put together and seems to be good quality. The customer service was very good, very friendly. The only issue I had was with delivery, I got a text saying it was going to be there in the morning time, and I waited all day and it didn't come until 3 in the afternoon but I would still definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I would say it's overall good experience.

The bed is beautiful. It's very good quality. The quality is heavy and sturdy and it's very comfortable when you sleep on and the color as well is beautiful. My friend called my wife and she want to look for another 2 beds as well. The delivery is good, it came less than 2 weeks and came at a good time. It's very good contact and they always give notice before delivery and everything is good. Highly recommended. 100% it's perfect! The quality of it is very good and obviously it was a very reasonable price. It was perfect, a gentleman in the store was called Dee and he helped me out, he was perfect, he was 100% and then the delivery as well and the other gentleman, it was Sn and the other guy, they are great.
