Hiya sorry I'm only getting to send this now lol I had a 2 seater sofa bed delivered to me a week or two ago ..it's absolutely fabulous ye never fail me with yer furniture never any complaints always perfec. Yesterday, the triple bed ordered, arrived at the appointed time. The delivery made by SN who was kind and helpful, we are grateful to him. We are satisfied with the quality of this product, I did not expect it. I recommend it with confidence. My husband has already assembled it with the little my help, as he is not a specialist in the field of assembly. With the help of the guide book, studying it carefully, the assembly took 3 hours. So, for those who cannot find an assembler in the field, or do not have the possibility, maybe financially, with the guide book you will do well, it is recommended everything step by step, you only need the necessary tool. I am very grateful to the sales agent Mark, with any question and regardless of the time, hour.. he answered me quickly, kindly and clearly. Thank you for this product.

I received this wardrobe. It arrived at the appointed time. I am very pleased with the quality, model, its volume. I recommend it to everyone. The payment was made at the end, when the product arrived. You have a chance to pay for the chesh or with the card, it's good this method. The driver who made the delivery Steve G, was very nice, receptive, bravo for helping to lift the boxes with parts of the wardrobe, they being very heavy, we are very grateful to him. I also recommend to other families when they receive the delivery, let the men be at home, or Someone to help. We are satisfied.

Bed quality is superb and I would definitely rate it 5 out of 5 for both Bed as it is perfect in terms of quality and looks and the delivery and assembly went smoothly too. I am 100% happy to purchase from you and will be back again. I highly recommend it.

4 out of 5 stars because the Bed is great and I am 100% satisfied with it, but the only issue I would like you to cope with is the delivery. I was expecting the delivery in the afternoon but received it in the evening near 8 pm. But overall was a good experience. I would recommend it due to my satisfaction with the bed I purchased. The bed is excellent. I just assumed that the under-bed storage would come with a baseboard, but overall, it's a great bed, I ordered the baseboard separately anyway. I'll rate it 5 stars. Customer service has been very helpful from the beginning, and I’ll definitely recommend you to family and friends.

I'd rate it 5 out of 5 because I loved the bed. The quality of the bed is superb and one minor struggle I had was to assemble the gas lift part of the bed but the rest was easy and perfect. Zain was really helpful in this too. Amazing service. I highly recommend this!

The service was good, apart from the first delivery attempt, I was told it would be delivered and heard noting, I had taken the Wednesday morning off and it was not till I I made contact with yourselves that i knew it was not coming, I had no problem with it been rearranged as these things happen and between containers and logistics all sorts can go wrong which I’m all too aware off as I am also in the furniture business, but what I would say is contact with the customer is the key, apart from that hiccup, I can’t fault the service, and another piece of advice would be to let the customer know that they will have to have an abled body person on site to help Justin would be another thing to improve on as you can’t expect one man to lift some of the weights, for instance, the box with the mirror is big and awkward and also heavy, these are just small things that you can improve on but will make all the difference, so to summarize, a good service, very affordable prices, and quality wardrobe, Justin was chatty and helpful, you should try and keep hold of a good delivery man when you have one as from experience it’s hard to find them, also just to note the contact on social media is fantastic and second to none and also it’s fantastic that you offer cash on delivery as business are turning to solely card and well cash is always king in my eyes.

Wardrobe is very nice and I am satisfied with it. I have no suggestions about it as it is perfect for me. Service was also great. I recommend this!

Zain was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery guy Justin was on a whole new level of customer service that I've never experienced before. Justin went way above & beyond what I've ever seen of a delivery person do. He unwrapped & helped out with this gorgeous armchair I purchased from you. I'll definitely be returning to Love Furniture, not just for the quality of the item I purchased, but also because, from starting with Zain to finishing with Justin - I think EVERY Irish company needs to take a serious look at how you guys do it from 'Ordering to Delivery'. So many companies are missing that 'Extra' factor now and I can tell you it DOES affect a customer's opinion and decision as to whether or not they'll return to that company. The bed is of great quality and it got delivered within 5 days. I think it is value for money product and have nothing more to suggest since it is perfect just the way I expected it. I have recommended it to my Mum and recommend it to everyone.

I'm very happy with the bed. It is great quality and due to storage underneath and very compact size, it is a perfect bed and does not need any upgrades to me for what it is. 100% value for money and I recommend it.

It is Superb quality and 100% value for money. It is a little hard as I'd have preferred a bit comfortable one. That is the only suggestion to make it comfortable. I love the design and everything else, zero complaints otherwise I recommend it 100%

Its been 2 months using it and I feel very happy with my purchase. Everything is good its just that the slats beneath the mattress are not fixed so they get misplaced often, other then that it is value for money bed. I recommended it to my relatives as well.

This is a superb Bed and amazing build quality. Very satisfied with my purchase! I assembled it myself and every part of it is good quality. Though customers should be told first that the product is to be assembled by themselves. Mattress is also a very comfortable one and worth it. Bed is of awesome quality and we really loved it. Just a suggestion about the metal Support bar, there was one at the front but not at the head side which had to be made ourselves. 5-star service by Zain too, I contacted other sellers before this order too but the best of all was him, Awesome. I would definitely recommend this bed, I was worried that this company is selling cheap and the bed won't be satisfactory but it was the total opposite of that.

6 months using the wardrobe and it is a great quality product.Also, Zain's customer service was good too. Nothing to suggest on the wardrobe it is good as it is. I recommend it!
