You can fit normal single mattress but there would be a 5cm gap top and bottom. We recommend the Symphony De Luxe or the Continental Mattresses in the 200cm size.
This gorgeous Leo Bunk bed, will look great in any of your children's rooms, doesn't matter if its a girl or a boy. The bunk bed comes with a shelving area integrated into the back of both the top and bottom bunk with reversible panels that can switch from blue or pink. The wooden frame is finished in white, this helps match the bunk with any room decor. We sell similar designs on the site here at a lower price but this Leo bunk has a far superior build quality level in terms of type of materials used and the thicknesses of the structural parts of the bed are all exceptional. If you are looking for a quality bunk bed that will support your kids for many years and look really fantastic in the room too, then this is a good choice. A little pricier than alternatives but for a good reason.

Additional Information:
- The mattress for this bed is eurpoean size 90x200cm (the bed is made in Paris by Parisot) so a standard single mattress will fit the bed but it will have a 10cm gap, (5cm top and 5cm bottom) (5 cm = about 2 inches) Or you can buy one of our 200cm long mattresses to suit.
- We recommend the Symphony De Lux or the cheaper Continental Bunk Mattress both are 200cm long and a perfect fit and both are low profile for top bunks. (low profiles are recommended for top bunks to give more protection for a child rolling against the side of a bunk).

Ordered Leo bunkbeds and they are fantastic! Ordering was easy and received a call straight after to confirm and arrange delivery. Didnt need them for couple of weeks and this was no issue. Driver was in touch and they were on the day and on time too!!! Ian from LoveFurniture was very efficent! I would order again from this shop and would recommend! Theresa

Thanks for getting in touch with us. The Leo Bunk Bed comes with a free mattress of value of 100eur (£80). So if you want to add another mattress in this you will need to pay for the extra mattress of your choice.
I recommend you go for Symphony De Luxe Mattress (288 euro/£199). So you will be paying additional only 476 eur (£318) for the bed and 2 of the Symphony mattresses.
If you wish to buy the Tara mattresses 118eur(£82) each, then you need to pay 136eur (£84) additional for the 2 mattresses to go with bed.
If you get any of the mattresses with this bed the assembly comes with a reduced price of 68eur (£38)
Total amount for Leo Bunk Bed with 2 Symphony mattresses and assembly = 1087 eur (£731)
Total amount for Leo Bunk Bed with 2 Tara mattresses and assembly = 747 eur (£497)
This can be delivered in 8 to 12 working days.

Since Christmas Season is fast approaching, we would also like to let you know that our last week of delivery will commence between the 17th and 21st of December and our normal delivery operations will resume by the 2nd of January 2019. However, we are also doing our best to get available orders dispatched before we close for the holidays and we will contact you a day or 2 beforehand once ready. In the event that you will not hear any contact or feedback from us regarding the delivery confirmation of your order before Christmas, you may assume that order can only be delivered once we're back in January. For a much safer access and staircase to the upper bunk, the Leo Bunk Bed is equipped with a solid built-in ladder. The bed frame cant be separated into (2) two single beds as the base and panels are fixed to each other which also gives the bed a stable hold. Normal delivery is about 8 - 12 working days. Payment can be card, PayPal and cash on delivery and we have a FREE of charge delivery all throughout Ireland (Northern and Republic).
