The service was good, apart from the first delivery attempt, I was told it would be delivered and heard noting, I had taken the Wednesday morning off and it was not till I I made contact with yourselves that i knew it was not coming, I had no problem with it been rearranged as these things happen and between containers and logistics all sorts can go wrong which I’m all too aware off as I am also in the furniture business, but what I would say is contact with the customer is the key, apart from that hiccup, I can’t fault the service, and another piece of advice would be to let the customer know that they will have to have an abled body person on site to help Justin would be another thing to improve on as you can’t expect one man to lift some of the weights, for instance, the box with the mirror is big and awkward and also heavy, these are just small things that you can improve on but will make all the difference, so to summarize, a good service, very affordable prices, and quality wardrobe, Justin was chatty and helpful, you should try and keep hold of a good delivery man when you have one as from experience it’s hard to find them, also just to note the contact on social media is fantastic and second to none and also it’s fantastic that you offer cash on delivery as business are turning to solely card and well cash is always king in my eyes.
