What is the height of the floor to headboard and the height of the base please?

Here are the dimensions of the Fusions Storage Bed 4'6ft.
Bed: L 205cm x W152 cm
Head board to the floor is 88 cm
base to floor is 33cm

Does this bed come with legs. One picture has legs most of the others don't.?
